These Terms of Service govern your use of laceandspace.com and purchases from Lace&Space. Lace&Space is the trading name of PT USAHA PEMUDA PEMBERANI, with a showroom at Jl. Pantai Batu Mejan No. 12, Canggu, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80351, Indonesia.

By accessing the website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of any account or device used to access the Services.

2. OUR STORE AND SERVICES

We sell designer lingerie, intimate apparel, hosiery and related accessories, and provide personal styling and fitting assistance. Styling and size guidance are recommendations only; fit can differ by designer, style and personal preference.

We may update, suspend or discontinue a product, feature or part of the Services where reasonably necessary.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, photographs, sizing and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between screens, lighting and production batches. Minor variations that do not affect the product's essential quality are not defects.

Please review the product page and ask our stylist before ordering if you need size or fit assistance.

4. PRICES, TAXES AND CURRENCY

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties or other charges will be shown at checkout or clearly confirmed before payment.

We may correct genuine pricing or product-information errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.

5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm the order and payment and the item is allocated for fulfilment. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance or stock.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, delivery restrictions or breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

6. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by Xendit and other authorised payment providers. The payment provider may collect and process payment and transaction data under its own terms and privacy notice.

You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems. A payment may be subject to verification, fraud screening, issuer approval and channel-specific limits.

If you see a duplicate, incorrect or unrecognised charge, contact care@laceandspace.com promptly with the order and payment reference.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping availability, estimates, charges, tracking, customs and delivery responsibilities are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Because of hygiene and safety, lingerie and intimate items are generally final sale. The full conditions, including the process for damaged, defective or incorrect items and order cancellations, are set out in our Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. PROMOTIONS AND GIFT CARDS

Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility and product exclusions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by misuse or a genuine error.

Gift cards have no cash value except where required by law. Lost or unauthorised gift-card use is the holder's responsibility unless caused by our failure to take reasonable care.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, brand names, logos, photographs, text, graphics, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to Lace&Space and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the Services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security or operation, conduct fraud, submit false information, harvest personal data, or attempt unauthorised access.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Services may contain integrations or links operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers, analytics providers, social networks and maps. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect responsibilities we cannot lawfully exclude.

13. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, analytics, security, preferences and, where permitted, advertising. Available consent choices can be managed through the site's privacy settings and your browser.

14. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

We provide the website with reasonable care but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, failure to provide mandatory consumer remedies, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government action, transport disruption, telecommunications outages, customs delays or labour disruption. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and communicate material delays.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an order already accepted.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent consumer-dispute body or court in Indonesia, without limiting any mandatory rights available to the customer.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
